Requirement and guidance for submitting papers
PREPARE PAPERS
All submissions will go through a blind peer-review process carried out by an international reviewing committee. By submitting the manuscript the author certifies that it has not been previously published in a journal or conference proceeding.
REVISE PAPERS
To submit a full paper, authors should download the template, and follow the instructions to ensure the production of uniformly high-quality proceedings. Download Template here.
SUBMISSION
At least one of the authors certifies that he/she intends to register for and attend the conference to present the paper if it is accepted. A paper whose presenting author has not registered by October 10th, 2018 will be removed from the final conference schedule.
